Landeo Music Productions, LLC is happy to be part of a broad music business world! Beginning with roots in Nashville, Tennessee, Dave Landeo (owner and proprietor) performed his first professional gigs as a drummer in a rock band in Nashville at the age of 17. From there the journey has led him to various cover and original bands during his college years in Murfreesboro, TN (Middle Tennessee State University) and Knoxville, TN (University of Tennessee). After graduating UT, where he was an active member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, he continued his musical endeavors performing live on stages all over the United States and abroad in Europe. During the early 2000’s he was owner of a live music venue in Knoxville and had a couple of booking agencies Word Entertainment and Dante Music Entertainment. He continues to book live music for the annual Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon since the inaugural race in 2005. . He also had the honor of being named best male vocalist 3 years by the Knoxville entertainment paper The Pulse….and Runner-Up 5 years (to Kenny Chesney and Dolly Parton) in the Knoxville-News Sentinel (circulation 300,000 plus) in East Tennessee.
Residing now in Charleston, South Carolina Dave has continued full-time performance as a soloist and with his bands Dave Landeo Band and Dave & The Sol Beats…..while still traveling around the US. He has 10 studio album recordings of all original music and has performed in several music industry showcases throughout the years. Dave is founder of two annual philanthropies……”Dave Landeo’s Tailgate for Alzheimer’s Tennessee” in Knoxville….and “The Isle of Palms Songwriter’s Festival” in Isle of Palms, South Carolina…..And also volunteers as a guitar instructor for the “Guitars For Vets” national program.
